The purpose of the website is to give online information, dissemination and sharing knowledge media about e-Local Government. The website is expected to assist e-local government development and build the community of e-Local Government in Indonesia. 

The features of this web site are: Activity, Success Story, Knowledge, Article, Glossary and Calendar. Activity contains activities that done by E-Local Government Help Desk (ELGHD) and other activities that carried out by government of area. Success Story is expected able to be filled by government office of area which has succeeded implementing e-government, so it can transfer the success information in handling of e-government and able to be exemplified by government of other area. Knowledge contains applicable basic knowledge to develop e-local government. Publications, contains documentation that can be downloaded relating to the development of e-local government. Glossary contains glossaries of Information and Communication Technology and it’s explanations. Calendar, contains activity schedule of ELGHD and information technology community that relate to e-local government and information technology development. The existence of ELGHD’s web site adds site web in Indonesia with build and e-government development content. We expect this web site can become one of media to share good practice e-Local Government, so that the success of e-Local Government implementation in some local government office could be known, learned, developed and implemented in other local governance.
