Meeting of Joint Coordinating Committee is objected to prepare the of ELGHD management activity in Regency/Municipality of South Minahasa, Makassar, Karangasem and Tanah Datar. This meeting usually held twice a phase and the first meeting was held on Monday, May 25th, 2009 at Ops Room, 2nd floor, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No. 9, Jakarta.

Meeting Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) attended by 29 of 35 invited participants; Related Depkominfo Functionary, functionary representing Bappenas, representative of JICA, functionary representing Makassar Municipality, functionary representing Tanah Datar Regency, functionary representing Karangasem Regency, functionary representing South Minahasa Regency,  and team ELGHD JICA.

 

  JCC was started by the Report Activity from MCIT delivering the main agenda of JCC meeting and expectation of obtainable commitment and support from within carrying out activity ELGHD, to reach purpose and target wanted.

 

 Then, opening speech by head of Human resources balitbang of MCIT concerning the ELGHD phase 3 regions decision due to the region development, interest, readiness, commitment, and program synergy or activity of local government in the anagement of e-government and development of ICT in every area, the purpose of performing ELGHD project to improve ability of the officers/functionary in e-government especially at public service sector and expectation of local government to able to yield model e-government for contagious to other area that can be implementation efficiently and effective, continued with expose activity of ELGHD by ELGHD Team Leader and each Local Government.
