The seminar titled “Seminar level of area for the agenda of development e-Local government at Tanah Datar Local government area” held on June 9^th 2009 at Wantilan Hall, Regent Office of Karangasem Jl. Ngurah Rai No. 31 – Amlapura, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. This seminar was attended by 110 of 130 invited participants, consist of representative of JICA, MICT, PT. Telkom Tbk, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province, Member of DPRD, SKPD,  Regional Secretary, ELGHD team, etc.

The purpose the Seminar level of area for the agenda of development e-Local government in Local government area is give picture to participants of seminar about the importance of development and implementation e-Local Government in local government from expert and practitioner e-Government, and digs resistance and problems emerging in the development and implementation of e-Local Government.

Target which wish to be reached from this Seminar is all participants seminar comprehends the importance of implementation e-Local Government in developing function of  Good Governance and developing function of public service in government area and creation of solution which in needing to knows resistance and problems emerging in the development and implementation of e-Local Government.

Implementation of the Seminar progress smoothly without any significant obstacle, the   participants in the seminar are quite enthusiastic about the seminar activities. The goal of the seminar can be achieved, because the seminar provide the importance of e-government development and implementation in local government and dig obstacles and problems that arise in the development and implementation of e-Local Government.

The success of the Seminar implementation also can be seen from the number of participants who attended. From 130 participants who were invited, 110 of them attend the Seminar, the participants given a high enough enthusiasm since many participants ask questions or provide suggestions and input to the local government on the delivery of e-government and give appreciation to the Depkominfo, JICA and ELGHD assistance of e-government development at Karangasem Regency.
