The workshop titled ‘Workshop Development of E-Local Government in Government Area of South Minahasa Regency’ purposed to give picture to participants of seminar about the importance of development and implementation e-Local Government in local government from expert and practitioner e-Government, and digs resistance and problems emerging in the development and implementation of e-Local Government in South Minahasa Regency. This workshop was held on Wednesday, July 22nd 2009 at Meeting Room 4^th floor, Regent Office of South Minahasa Regency, Amurang. Target which wish to be reached from this workshop is all participants comprehends the importance e-Local Government of implementation in developing function of Good Governance and developing function of public service in government area and creation of solution which in needing to knows resistance and problems emerging in the development and implementation of e-Local Government. The workshop was attended by 111 of 150 invited participants consists of the representative of JICA, ELGHD experts, Regional Secretary, Secretariat DPRD, inspectorate, SKPD, district, etc. Implementation Activity of Workshop Development of E-Local Government in Government Area of South Minahasa Regency takes place fluent relative without any significant resistance. Implementation of activity time of course in the beginning and in end is less as according to schedule determined but doesn't bother implementation of the events afterwards. Participants of workshop are enthusiastic in following seminar activity. Participant gave high enough enthusiasm. This could be seen from the many participants gave question or suggestion and input to Local government to the management of activity of e-government and gave appreciation to Kominfo Ministry, JICA and the assistance ELGHD e-government development in South Minahasa Regency.
