Workshop Presentation from TOT JICA Participants of East Kalimantan Print

On Friday, March 13th 2009 ELGHD has carried out an organized Workshop Presentation activity of TOT JICA Participants at the Governor Office of East Kalimantan, Tepian I Room (2nd Floor).

This workshop Activities purpose to represent the results of TOT JICA in Japan for the entire SKPD representatives which also attended by JICA representatives. It is expected that all participants of this workshop would know the material obtained by training the participants TOT JICA in Japan and its implementation plan for East Kalimantan province.

This activity was opened by the Head Office of Communication and Information (Kadiskominfo), Mr. Jauhar Effendi. Kadiskominfo delivered some points, as follow:

  • Background, Vision and Mission of East Kalimantan Province
  • Introduction a new form of Communication and Information Office
  • ICT Development of East Kalimantan Province in 2001 - 2008 and 2009 pla
  • The exposure of cooperation and activities which have been conducted in collaboration with ELGHD
  • Obstacles of ICT utilization in East Kalimantan
  • Preliminary efforts and future expectations

Next event is the presentation by TOT participants, Mrs. Tri Murti Rahayu and Mr. M. Yadi Robyan Noor

The first presentation was delivered by Mrs. Tri Murti Rahayu includes:

  •  Background of TOT includes JICA activity in Indonesia, about Depkominfo and ELGHD
  • Stages of e-gov development in comparison of Japan and Indonesia
  • Definition, stages and objectives of the e-gov
  • The exposure of e-gov system architecture

Next, the presentation was delivered by Mr. Muhammad Noor Yadi Robyan, includes:

  • Experience during the TOT in Japan
  • Position, Task, Vision, Mission and function of BKD
  •  Electronics Employee Card (KPE), functioned as identity cards and ATM cards in collaboration with the Bank of East Kalimantan.

Last, the interview of all workshop participants, then closed by Head Office of Communication and Information (Kadiskominfo), he hoped this meeting could support the increasing of IT utilization and improvement of Communication and Information Office comprehensively.
