E-Government is expected able to give benefit in the case:
Based on expected purpose and benefit, which is existence of information network, transaction of public service, interactive relationship which can be carried out every time, to be able to develop e-Government effectively, required front office and back office who capable to give public service in every government office. Front office is peripheral and personnel who capable to give direct service to public. Their job cycle is completed when communications with client completed. Back-office is peripheral and personnel who completed all things that must be done after front office service completed and prepare all things so the next service can be done. Therefore, the core of E-Government is the implementation of two important activities in government office. They are information system development for back office and information and communications technology usage in back office and front office. |
